Tips & Instructions
Did we miss something?
Send us your tips and we will post it here.

  1. Everyone - 4 pcmcia cards in jewel cases line up perfectly in the interior pocket (located behind the credit card and pc card holders).
  2. Everyone - If you only use one zipper slider then you can place the one you're not using into the spine of the case so it will remain out of the way.
  3. Everyone - Carry your PDA in the interior pocket (located behind the credit card and pc card holders). This tip will allow some users to hold their devices safely in the Satellite, as an alternative to putting Velcro on the underside of the device and using the loop Velcro base.
  4. Everyone - Your Satellite may be hard to close at first if you have a lot inside the case but remember that it will stretch into shape with use.
  5. Everyone - If you prefer to carry your case vertically instead of horizontally then un-clip one end of your Shoulder Strap and clip it to the zipper. Clip to both zippers to lock the case.
  6. Everyone - You can provide extra security by placing a small lock on both zippers.
  7. Everyone - Clip both the Handle and Shoulder Strap to the Satellite, they can both be attached simultaneously.
  8. Everyone - Remove a pc card card quickly from the Satellite's first mesh pc card pocket by bending the rounded corner back and grabbing the pc card.
  9. Everyone - Use the Cash Pocket (the pocket behind the credit card holders) as a checkbook holder. In order to do this, trim one inch off the appropriate side of the back of your checkbook.
  10. Everyone - Notice that because of the design you can access both exterior pockets easily while carrying the Satellite on your shoulder. Lift the bottom of the Satellite upwards and the zipper pocket is now easily accessible.
  11. Everyone - Place the Shoulder Strap (even if it's still attached to the case) inside the large exterior pocket to provide and adjustment to the stand.
  12. Divider Users - When you remove the Divider from the Satellite you can attach the hook Velcro to the screen protective loop material. You can store the Divider in the large exterior pocket in order to give you more room inside the Satellite.
  13. Divider Users - Use the hook Velcro tab located in the Satellite's interior pocket to lock the Divider. This will keep everything secure and allow you access to just your PDA when you open the case!
  14. Divider Users - You can experiment with different ways you can use the Divider as a sun shield. Especially handy for color screen palmtop users.
  15. Divider Users - Keep pc card modems or Rex in protective jewel cases and store in the Dividers mesh pockets. You can fit a total of 3 pc card jewel cases in the Divider's mesh pockets. You can hold 2 jewel cases in the bottom mesh pocket, although only the right side will Velcro shut and not the top.
  16. Divider Users - Use the top mesh pocket to hold two pc cards side by side (two cards without jewel cases).
  17. Divider Users - Keep loose items such as coins or AA batteries in the bottom mesh pocket of your Divider.
  18. Slip Pocket Users - Use the Shoulder Strap like a belt! Remove the Shoulder strap from the Satellite and put it through the Slip Pocket's belt loop.
  19. Slip Pocket Users - Experiment with folding the top or side flaps into the inside of the Slip Pocket so that when you open the Satellite you can quickly remove your PDA. Turn the Slip Pocket so that it opens toward the center of the case for extra protection.
  20. Slip Pocket Users - Your Slip Pocket will attach to any case with a loop or hook Velcro base!
  21. Newton Users - Carry your Newton Keyboard in the large exterior pocket. If you are having trouble getting the keyboard to fit then put both hands inside the pocket and "pop out" the sides.
  22. Newton Users - Create a stand or prop by completely opening the large exterior pocket and letting it lay on a desk. You can also try putting something bulky in the large exterior pocket.
  23. Newton Users - Attach the Newton and Harness to the Divider's screen protective material (which is also a special loop Velcro) and place the keyboard where the Newton and Harness normally go to create a stand.
  24. Elastic Harness Users - If the low profile zipper bothers you when typing then tuck the zipper underneath the edge of the Elastic Harness.
  25. Elastic Harness Users - Try sliding your PDA into the rear elastics and then attaching the front elastics last.
